Verify a Registry record

No account is needed. Enter a GTRN, or switch to a document fingerprint (SHA-256) to check whether a file matches a registered record.

Public verification

Verify a translation record

A registry match confirms that the record exists. It does not by itself certify legal validity, translator qualifications or translation quality.

GTRN lookup checks whether that Registry record exists.

What a result means

  • Found: a record exists. It shows what was registered. It does not show that the translation is correct, that the translator is qualified or that any authority accepts the document.
  • Not found: no public record matches. This does not show that a document is invalid.
  • Removed: the online verification period ended and the data was removed. This is not a fingerprint mismatch.
  • Restricted: public disclosure is temporarily limited, for example while a dispute is reviewed.
